The Reasons For Falling Sales

TERMS OF REFERENCE
I was asked by our Sales Director Mr. Ong Chee Meng to write a report about what our customers think about our hypermarket in order to get a pereliminary idea of why we are losing customers. This report is needed by next week.

PROCEEDINGS
TO find our about why our company are facing such problems, I conducted surveys and handed out questions to customers. The questions asked include:
A. What do you think of the quality of our products ?
B. What do you think of our facilities (cafe , toilets)?
C.How do we compare with other hypermarkets ?

FINDINGS
Based on the surveys, I found that :
A. Several customers commented about the slow service in all departments particularly at the cashiers counters.
B. Customers also noted a lack of cleanliness in the cafe and toilets.
C. We offer reasonable prices for all products.

CONCLUSIONS
It can generally be assumed that we have good quality products but have to improve on our services is an issue that we must look into.

RECOMMENDATIONS
I would recomment that :
A. We improve on our service.
B. Keep our toilets and cafe's clean.
